Q: "How many bears can I get out of my garment?"
A: As an estimated guide, an average mink stole will produce 1 x 17" bear, OR 2 x 12"
bears, OR 3 x 9" bears. Of course, this varies with the style of the garment. Upon receiving your fur, we'll evaluate
it, and make any recommendations for you.
Q: "Can I have a special message written on the foot pads?"
A: Yes! On the left foot of every bear, we inscribe "Heirloom Bears, 2002".
The right foot pad will be plain, unless you wish to have a special sentiment or name put on. Just note it on the order
form. Please try to keep it as short as possible.
Q: "What if I only want one bear?"
A: We normally return all remaining fur, linings, etc., unless noted on the order form.
You may want to have another bear(s) made at a later date, or perhaps a friend would like one made from your remaining fur
if you're willing to share! Please note if you'd like to save buttons, labels, etc., or if you do not want the remaining
fur returned to you.
Q: "How long will it take?"
A: We usually try to return your order as soon as possible. Generally from 1 - 4
weeks, depending on the season and our show schedule.
